The Aphorisms about the evils of money item is part of the Game of Crone DLC. It is obtainable through the donkey's questline. It can be crafted infinitely before being given to the donkey in the quest line, but provides no other value and cannot be destroyed.
When used keeper says:
"Dishonest people shouldn't be rich. And honest people are allowed to be rich. And dishonest."
"Those who have plenty are not wealthy. It's those who give that are truly wealthy. Those who give a lot!"
