Clotho is a witch who lives in the swamp to hide from the inquisitor. She is available about 10 AM until 2 AM. In the Stranger Sins DLC, it is revealed that she was, in fact, the head priestess of the Ancient God.
Quests[]
Lost Memories[]
Upon first meeting you she will tell you that she has lost her mind. She gives you a quest to help restore her mind. She asks you to either bring her 1×
heal potion which gives you 20 
or bring her the ingredients: 1×
cauldron from the blacksmith for 
10 , 1×
bee and 1×
life powder for a total of also 20 and 3×
heal potion.
She unlocks the alchemy tech tree for you when you accept this mission, making various alchemy-related structures available for construction in the alchemy lab.
The Merchant's Cure[]
The merchant asks you to speak to Clotho for a cure for his curse after consuming the
hiccup grass. Clotho tells you the recipe for her cure:
salt and
health solution. Completing the quest will unlock the
Spices recipe. Due to a bug (?), you can produce spices without having them unlocked by this quest.
Pumpkin Soup[]
In order to start this quest, you must unlock the orchard. If you give her a 1×
Pumpkin (has to be 
), she'll give you the recipes for various soups.
Basket of food[]
Miss Chain bids you, to deliver a
basket of food to her sister. When you do so, you won't earn anything from it, but you've got the opportunity, to buy 10×
frog from her, you need also (12) for Miss Chain's quest. For some reason, gaining a frog by purchasing it from Clotho does not unlock the recipe to make raw sliced meat from 3x frog. Rather, that recipe must be unlocked by using fishing to get a frog.
Enchanted pumpkin[]
During a mission from Game of Crone, you will require a gold quality pumpkin to enchant (plus 50 silver), that you'll need to bring to Clotho.
Trades[]
Note: It is not possible to increase your reputation with Clotho's by a
Blessing of commerce. (This may have changed in a recent version.) (Observed that after buying something from Clotho, such blessings can be sold. This seems to reset with each new day, but the reputation increase with Clotho does persist.) It appears that "Alchemy recipe" is not available on the iOS version, needs more confirmation.
