A Harmed soul is a new item presented in the Better Save Soul DLC. It is obtained through the Soul healer, cleansing a Harmed soul into a Healed soul, while also giving Sin shards depending on the number of bodyparts used.
Any Harmed soul left outside a Soul container will rapidly deteriorate into a Sin shard. In turn, Healed souls will deteriorate much slower.
