Horadric is the NPC innkeeper at The Dead Horse and the husband of Miss Chain. He is obligated by ancient contract to purchase your Burial certificate for the constant price of 1 50.

Quests

Deliver the Letter

The innkeeper asks you to deliver a letter to his friend, Krezvold the Blacksmith. After delivering the letter, you can return to Horadric and get
A mug of beer as reward. It can be, and is most likely expected, to be given to Gerry to complete one of his quests. You'll earn 10 by doing such.

Return With Royal Stamp

After asking if he will purchase your
Flesh, he mentions that he would love to, but all meat must have a
stamp to be genuine. The stamp can be obtained in two ways. The first method of obtaining a stamp involves purchasing one the royal service box (left of the Church) for 50 , after achieving a high enough "relationship" with it. The second method is to visit Snake in the Cellar, and after you reach 30 with him, you will be able to ask him to give you a forged stamp. After returning to Horadric, he will teach you how to make a
Package of meat using
Clean paper and
Flesh, along with the
stamp. The stamp is not consumed by crafting.

Unlock the Kitchen Garden

After reading the sign in the north part of the Kitchen Garden you can ask the innkeeper about it and receive a
Garden certificate to open it up.

Bring Beer

After selling
A mug of beer and
Burger (both must be ) at a Witch Hill burning (see Inquisitor for more details), Horadric asks you to bring him a mug of this famous beer. If you do so, you'll gain another 10 after you update the Church to Big Church. If you have 30 , you can access a private area of the Dead Horse, where you can get the recipe for Mead at his desk.

(Note: In the current version of the game you will need 30 to gain access to the upstairs room. You need to upgrade the church to get the 30 ).

Beer Snacks

After obtaining an
onion at some point previously (either bought from Farmer or planted and harvested, must be ), Horadric will give you the recipe for Onion rings and Toasts with onions after talking to him.
