flyers, to earn yourself 1×
fame. With that fame, you are able to build another crate pallet.
You can also get 1 fame when you complete the quest where you give Ms. Charm a piece of Jewelry (Merchants questline)
Before being able to enter the trade office, you've got to advance the merchant's quest.
