This item was removed in a recent update to the game, the Crate factory has replaced it. Prior to this update the packing table, which was located in the kitchen garden, was required to craft
crates which can be sold at the trade office in the village. The blueprint becomes available after obtaining the
trade license and completing associated quest with the merchant.
The player can craft 
and 
quality crates depending on the quality of used vegetables. The boxes can only be sold in the trade office and have no further use.
An alternative to the usage of the packing table is using the crate factory.
