A steel chisel is a degradable piece of equipment, used to refine various resource materials. Each use costs 10% durability, before it is eventually destroyed, and further refinement requires that another be crafted. It is one of the few craftable items to have various qualities, which in turn has an effect on the resource materials it refines. Alternatively, a 
quality chisel may be sold to Tress, without durability factoring in.
